Frank has been in the insurance
industry since 1950, opening his own agency, Lott Insurance, in 1959 in
North Fort Myers. As a native of Fort Myers, he knows every inch of Lee
County and part of the fabric of this area. He is still active in
Kiwanis, First United Methodist Church, Royal Palm Yacht Club, BUPAC,
and Downtown Property Owners Association. Frank retired in December,
1999, and is now a consultant within the agency.

Phil
M. Gaylor

|
With the exception of military and
school, Phil has been a life long resident of Fort Myers, graduating
from Fort Myers High School. After completing his military obligation
with the Air Force he received a BS in Risk Management and Insurance
from Florida State University. He and Frank Lott started the agency in
1983. He is a Past President of Lee County Association of Independent
Insurance Agents, Past President of Kiwanis Club of Fort Myers, was a
founding Board Member and is a Current Board Member of the Greater Fort
Myers Chamber of Commerce and is a current Board Member of the Edison
Festival of Light. He has participated in insurance company state and
national agent advisory boards. He enjoys golf, boating, fishing, family
and friends. |

Growing up in Fort Myers, Donna has
seen the explosive growth in our area. She has been with the family
business since November 1984, and is Office Manager. |

David Maxwell
 |
David, a graduate
of Fort Myers High School, spent 6 years active duty in the U.S.
Army. After completing his military obligation, he received his
Bachelors degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Before moving back to Fort Myers he worked as an R.N. in a
Trauma & Burns ICU and more recently as a territory manager for
a pharmaceutical company. Today, David is
working as a general lines agent and is
primarily focusing on commercial lines insurance. David enjoys
spending time with his three year old twins, Owen & Parker as well
as his wife Jami. |

Dawn moved from Long Island, NY to Florida in 1993. Her
insurance career began in 1984 as a team member of a company
field office and has progressed to working in the agency force.
She is licensed and has worked in both the personal and
commercial lines areas. Dawn joined the Lott & Gaylor team in
2000 and is currently the Commercial Lines manager. She spends
her free time enjoying her son and assisting with the Boy Scouts
of America. Her hobbies include going to the beach and
organizing local outreach events at her church. |

Katrina Willard
 |
Katrina joined Lott & Gaylor as Receptionist in March, 2004 and
earned her ACSR designation. As a Licensed 4-40 Customer
Representative, she provides support to Personal Lines, and is
presently working towards her 2-20 license. Katrina enjoys
spending time with her husband and three sons and is active in
the children’s ministries of her church. Her hobbies include
music, reading, and treasure hunting.

I was
born and raised in Manchester, CT where I graduated from Rocky
Hill High School in 1989. I then moved to Florida in 1994 to
raise my daughter Naomi who is now 12 years old. I was a stay
at home mom for a few years and then worked at various jobs
until I got my 2-20 Insurance License in 1999 were I specialize
in commercial lines insurance. My hobbies include spending time
with my family & friends, watching NASCAR, and reading.

I
moved to Florida in 1988. I have been in the insurance
industry for 23 years, 19 of those in Florida. I obtained
both my Property & Casualty and Life and Annuities license
upon moving to Florida.
I am married with 8 children, 13, grandchildren and 5 great
grandchildren. I have been active in The Insurance
Professionals of Lee County for the past 10 years which does
community involvement projects.. I have been on the
board in various capacities for 8 of the 10 years.
I enjoy fishing, boating, ice skating and spending time with
my grandchildren.

I was born in Troy, NY but raised in Tampa, FL. I am a
licensed 2-20 agent and have been in the insurance industry
for 27 years, 11 of those years in Florida. Have seen many
changes through out the years in the industry and have learned
you must be very flexible to stay in this profession. I am in
the personal lines department.
I
have a son , daughter and a grandson who I enjoy very much.
My hobbies are movies, consignment shops and reading.
